The invention relates to a tower crane control system for a fabricated building. Reflective positioning points are installed on the fabricated building module, a master controller compares position coordinates of the building module with coordinates in a model library through a calculation module, and the master controller calculates the position adjustment amount needing to be adjusted by a tower crane control module according to coordinate deviation through the calculation module; and the tower crane control module controls the tower crane to drive the fabricated building module to move, so that the fabricated building module is placed at a correct position. An overall 3D model library of the fabricated building and a series of processes of installation and construction actions of all fabricated building modules are stored in the model library; wherein the installation construction action series process of each fabricated building module comprises position coordinates of each fabricated building module under different steps; the defect that in the prior art, an assembly type building must be on duty in the whole process is overcome, and unmanned automatic assembly can be achieved.

    本发明涉及一种用于装配式建筑的塔式起重机控制系统。本发明在装配式建筑模块上安装反光定位点,总控制器利用计算模块将建筑模块的位置坐标与模型库中的坐标相比较,总控制器根据利用计算模块根据坐标偏差计算塔机控制模块需要调节的位置调节量;塔机控制模块控制塔机带动装配式建筑模块移动,从而使得装配式建筑模块被放置到正确的位置上。模型库内存储有装配式建筑的整体3D模型库,以及各个装配式建筑模块的安装施工动作系列流程;其中各个装配式建筑模块的安装施工动作系列流程包括在不同步骤下的各个装配式建筑模块的位置坐标;解决了现有技术中装配式建筑必须全程值守的缺陷,可以实现无人自动装配。
