The invention discloses a tower crane detection system for a fabricated building, and effectively solves the problem that in the prior art, a sensor arranged for a lifting motor of a tower crane cannot detect the aging phenomenon of the lifting motor, so that the normal hoisting work of the tower crane is influenced. The signal detection circuit detects a vibration signal and a sound signal when the lifting motor works at a low speed by using a vibration sensor U1 and a microphone M1 respectively, calculates the vibration signal and the sound signal respectively, obtains a ratio signal and an abnormal sound signal, and transmits the ratio signal and the abnormal sound signal to the signal processing circuit; and the signal processing circuit obtains an alarm signal by utilizing the ratio signal and the abnormal sound signal, obtains an aging signal of the hoisting motor winding by utilizing the alarm signal and the crack signal, and transmits the alarm signal and the aging signal to a control center through the signal transmission module, so that the normal hoisting work of the tower crane is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种用于装配式建筑的塔吊检测系统,有效的解决了现有技术针对塔吊的的起升电机设置的传感器不能检测出其发生了老化现象,进而影响到塔吊的正常吊运工作的问题。本发明所述的信号检测电路分别利用振动传感器U1和话筒M1检测起升电机在低速工作时的振动信号和声音信号,并分别对振动信号和声音信号进行运算,并得到比值信号和异常声音信号,并将比值信号和异常声音信号传输至信号处理电路,所述信号处理电路利用比值信号和异常声音信号得到报警信号,并利用报警信号和裂纹信号得到起升电机绕组的老化信号,并将报警信号和老化信号通过信号传输模块传输至控制中心,保证了塔吊的正常吊运工作。
