The invention discloses a double-side supporting driving wheel and an excavator, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, when the driving wheel is meshed with a track pin bush, the driving wheel is excessively abraded. The gear comprises a web plate, a plurality of gear teeth, a first supporting table and a second supporting table. The gear teeth are arranged on the outer side surface of the web in a surrounding mode, and a first inclined face and a second inclined face are arranged on the end faces of the two sides of each gear tooth respectively. The first supporting table and the second supporting table are located on the two sides of the gear teeth correspondingly, the ends, close to the gear teeth, of the first supporting table and the second supporting table are connected with the ends, close to the web, of the first inclined face and the second inclined face correspondingly, and the joints are arc-shaped. When the driving wheel is meshed with the track pin bush, the supporting table abuts against the tread of the track caterpillar track section, the connecting position of the inclined face and the supporting table makes contact with the top arc of the track caterpillar track section, and the inclined face does not make contact with the track caterpillar track section. The technical effects that the radial pressure borne by the driving wheel tooth grooves is reduced, and meanwhile the end faces of the whole driving wheel teeth are prevented from being abraded are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种双侧支承驱动轮及挖掘机,旨在解决现有技术中当驱动轮与履带销套啮合时,驱动轮过度磨损的问题。其包括腹板、若干个轮齿、第一支承台和第二支承台;各轮齿环绕设置在腹板的外侧表面上,各轮齿的两侧端面上分别设有第一斜面和第二斜面;第一支承台和第二支承台分别位于各轮齿的两侧,二者靠近轮齿的一端分别与第一斜面和第二斜面靠近腹板的一端相连接,连接处呈圆弧状;当驱动轮与履带销套啮合时,支承台与履带链轨节踏面相抵触,斜面和支承台的连接处与履带链轨节的顶部圆弧接触,且斜面与履带链轨节不接触。本发明实现了降低驱动轮齿槽处所受的径向压力,同时避免整个驱动轮齿端面磨损的技术效果。
