The invention discloses a pitching adjusting device driven by a crank connecting rod mechanism and used for an underwater robot. The pitching adjusting device comprises a motor, a worm and gear, a crank connecting rod, a bearing, a fixing plate, a support, a load battery pack, a battery pack pull rod, a spring and the like. Wherein the power unit and the battery pack are both arranged in the pitching adjusting cabin shell, the power unit is installed on a fixing plate at the front end of the adjusting cabin section, and a motor drives a worm gear and a worm to drive a crank to rotate; the front end and the rear end of the load battery pack are respectively provided with three auxiliary sliding devices which are formed by combining bearings and supports, outer rings of the bearings make contact with the inner wall of the cabin section, and the supports are fixed to the two ends of a battery pack pull rod. And a spring with proper rigidity is arranged between the bracket and the battery pack end plate by taking the pull rod as a shaft. The system has the characteristics that the installation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the pitching motion response of the underwater robot is more timely.

    本发明公开了一种水下机器人用由曲柄连杆机构传动的俯仰调节装置,包括电机、蜗轮蜗杆、曲柄连杆、轴承、固定板、支架、负载电池组、电池组拉杆和弹簧等。其中,动力单元和电池组均置于俯仰调节舱壳内,其中动力单元安装在调节舱段前端固定板上,由电机驱动蜗轮蜗杆带动曲柄转动;负载电池组前后两端分别安装三个辅助滑行装置,该装置由轴承与支架组合而成,轴承外圈与舱段内壁相接触,支架固定在电池组拉杆两端;并且以拉杆为轴,在支架与电池组端板之间安装合适刚度的弹簧。本发明具有安装简单,维护方便,可使水下机器人俯仰运动响应更及时的特点。
