The invention discloses a rotor time constant dynamic correction method for a hill start working condition, which is characterized in that an algorithm is started under a specific working condition and can be used as soon as being installed on a whole vehicle, a step of calibrating a fixed working condition of a motor is omitted, and a system can operate the correction algorithm according to actual conditions under various hill start conditions. A large amount of single-point verification at various working condition points (temperature, current and ramp) is not needed; by compensating the slip frequency and indirectly reversely deducing the rotor time constant, and the corresponding relation between the slip and the torque is theoretically supported, the situation that the calibration efficiency is influenced due to the fact that the compensation is out of range due to empirical calibration is avoided; the method does not aim at a single motor, but aims at specific working conditions. Parameter estimation deviation caused by production difference is avoided, and the practicability is high; according to the method, the number of scanning points and the step length are determined through the mechanical time constant of the system and the set total correction time. The total correction time can be controlled within the acceptable range of a user, and real online real-time correction is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种针对半坡起步工况的转子时间常数动态矫正方法,本发明算法在特定工况启动,在整车上即装即用,省去电机固定工况标定环节,在各种坡起条件下,系统都会根据实际情况运行矫正算法,无需在各种工况点(温度,电流,坡道)进行大量单点验证;通过补偿滑差频率,间接反推转子时间常数,而滑差和转矩的对应关系是有理论支撑的,避免了依靠经验标定,导致补偿超范围,影响标定效率的情况;本发明不针对单台电机,而是针对特定工况。避免了因生产差异性导致的参数估算偏差,实用性强;本发明通过系统机械时间常数和设定的矫正总时间,确认扫点个数和步长。可以把矫正总时间控制在用户可接受范围内,做到真正的“在线实时矫正”。
