The invention discloses an entrance and exit ramp traffic flow management and control method for a highway construction area. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring traffic operation basic data of an expressway main line and a road network by using a construction area detector, and performing road network basic information analysis, including constructing a road network structure chart and dividing an induction path set and toll station management and control nodes; constructing a road network induced diversion decision-making tree by using indexes such as the road section congestion degree and the road network congestion degree to perform traffic flow control opportunity judgment; the main line expressway traffic flow is managed and controlled through the integrated induced diversion and toll station management and control method, so that the congestion condition of an expressway construction area is relieved. According to the method, the judgment process is quantified when the highway construction area is subjected to congestion management and control, the vehicles of the reconstructed and expanded main line highway are controlled from the two aspects of diversion induction and toll station management and control, a more comprehensive and effective calculation method is provided, and the efficiency and accuracy of traffic management and control of the highway construction area are improved.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路施工区的出入口匝道交通流管控方法。该方法包括:利用施工区检测器获取高速公路主线及路网的交通运行基础数据,进行路网基础信息分析,包括构建路网结构图、划分诱导路径集合与收费站管控节点;利用路段拥挤度、路网拥挤度等指标构建路网诱导分流决策树进行交通流管控时机判别;集成诱导分流与收费站管控方法对主线高速公路交通流进行管控,以缓解高速公路施工区的拥堵情况。本发明量化了高速公路施工区拥堵管控时机判过程,从诱导分流与收费站管控两个方面对改扩建主线高速公路的车辆进行控制,提出了更为综合有效的计算方法,提高了高速公路施工区交通管控的效率与准确性。
