The CM node precision control method comprises the following steps that firstly, raw materials are processed; the size of each part plate is detected, original data of the part plates are measured and recorded, and secondary machining is conducted on the part plates which do not meet the standard; step 2, manufacturing a horizontal jig frame of the box body; 3, box body segments are manufactured; the inner bottom plate and the longitudinal girder plate are subjected to plate laying and scribing, assembling and folding are conducted on a horizontal jig frame of the box body, and inner bottom plate segments and longitudinal girder plate segments are welded; step 4, box body segment inspection; the straightness of the box body segments is detected, and hot work correction is carried out; 5, CM node assembly inspection is carried out; detecting the nodes by using an inner clamping sample plate and an outer clamping sample plate; step 6, CM node welding; the welding mode adopts segmented annealing, and welding is symmetrically carried out from the middle to the two ends in the welding sequence. According to the method, the working hours wasted by adjusting the flatness in the subsequent stage can be reduced, the subsection construction efficiency is improved, and the construction quality of the ship is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种LNG船建造CM节点精度控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、原料加工;对每个零件板的尺寸进行检测,测量并记录零件板的原始数据,对不符合标准的零件板进行二次加工;步骤二、制作箱体水平胎架;步骤三、制作箱体片段;对内底板和纵桁板进行铺板划线,在箱体水平胎架上进行装配合拢,内底板片段和纵桁板片段焊接;步骤四、箱体片段检验;检验箱体片段的直线度并进行火工矫正;步骤五、CM节点装配检验;使用内卡样板与外卡样板对节点进行检测;步骤六、CM节点焊接;焊接方式采用分段退烧,焊接顺序由中间向两端,对称施焊。本发明能够减少后续阶段调整平整度所浪费的工时,提高分段建造效率,保证船舶的建造质量。
