The invention discloses an LNG ship liquid cargo tank precision control and correction method based on a rolling circle node form, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining a hoisting deformation value of a rolling circle node for butt joint of a liquid cargo tank through finite element calculation in a liquid cargo tank carrying and closing stage; s2, after carrying and folding of the liquid cargo tank are completed, the static shelving deformation of the liquid cargo tank is measured and obtained; s3, space positioning adjustment is conducted, reverse deformation is set on the broadside block in the cargo tank assembly stage, and in the broadside block carrying stage, the broadside block is carried on the broadside block in a staggered mode; and S4, after the total assembly of the liquid cargo tank is completed, local correction is conducted on the lower opening slab of the shipboard block, butt welding is conducted on the lower opening slab of the shipboard block and the tail end connector of the rolling circle node slab, after welding of the liquid cargo tank is completed, flatness adjustment is conducted on the rolling circle node of the liquid cargo tank, and correction of the rolling circle node of the liquid cargo tank is completed. According to the method, through precision control and correction of the liquid cargo tank with the rolled round nodes, production and delivery of the liquid cargo tank with the rolled round nodes are improved, and the construction quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于轧圆节点形式的LNG船液货舱精度控制及矫正方法,该方法具体包括如下步骤:S1,在液货舱搭载合拢阶段,通过有限元计算获取液货舱对接的轧圆节点的吊装变形数值;S2,液货舱搭载合拢完成后,测量获取液货舱静态搁置变形量;S3,空间定位调整,液货舱总组阶段,在舷侧总段上设置反变形,在舷顶总段搭载阶段,使舷顶总段错位搭载在舷侧总段上;S4,液货舱总组完成后,对舷顶总段下口板皮进行局部矫正并与轧圆节点板皮末端接头对接焊接,液货舱焊接完成后,对液货舱轧圆节点进行平整度调整,完成液货舱轧圆节点的矫正。本发明通过对于轧圆节点的液货舱的精度控制与矫正,提高了轧圆节点的液货舱的生产与交付,提高了建造质量。
