The invention discloses a ship piping system and cable row support and an installation method thereof.The ship piping system and cable row support comprises a support rooting piece arranged in a cabin, and one end of the support rooting piece is fixedly connected with a ship body structure; the connecting support comprises a longitudinal supporting rod and a transverse supporting rod perpendicular to the longitudinal supporting rod, and the longitudinal supporting rod is welded and fixed to the support rooting piece; the transverse supporting rods and the longitudinal supporting rods are connected to define a laying channel. Through holes which are uniformly distributed are formed in the longitudinal supporting rods and the transverse supporting rods; the cable supporting frame and the pipeline supporting frame are arranged in the laying channel and are fixed with the connecting bracket through bolts; and the cable clamp and the pipeline clamp are respectively arranged on the cable support frame and the pipeline support frame and respectively define a cable channel and a pipeline channel. According to the invention, the connecting bracket is formed by the supporting rods with holes, and is fixed with the ship body structure through the bracket rooting piece, so that the piping system and the cable can be conveniently mounted layer by layer along with the building of the ship, the layout conforms to the principles of high efficiency and integrity, and the later overhaul and maintenance are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种船舶管系和电缆联排支架及其安装方法,包括支架生根件,设置在船舱内,其一端与船体结构连接固定;连接支架,包括纵向支撑杆以及垂直其设置的横向支撑杆,纵向支撑杆的与支架生根件焊接固定;横向支撑杆与纵向支撑杆连接,围成布设通道;纵向支撑杆和横向支撑杆上设有均匀布设的通孔;电缆支撑架和管道支撑架,设置在布设通道内,通过螺栓与连接支架固定;电缆卡箍和管道卡箍,分别设置在电缆支撑架和管道支撑架上,并分别围成电缆通道和管道通道。本发明,通过带孔的支撑杆组成连接支架,并通过支架生根件与船体结构固定,方便随船舶的建造层层安装管系和电缆,使其布设符合高效性和整体性原则,方便其后期的检修和维护。
