The invention discloses a platform supporting method for ship piping system installation, a specially-made manual lifting device is adopted, a floor base, a placing platform, a shear fork lifting support and a transmission mechanism are included, the shear fork lifting support is arranged between the floor base and the placing platform, and the shear fork lifting support comprises an upper layer supporting unit and a lower layer supporting unit; each layer of supporting unit comprises two supporting rods arranged in a crossed and hinged mode, the lower ends of the supporting rods of the upperlayer of supporting unit are hinged to the upper ends of the supporting rods of the lower layer of supporting unit, the upper end of one supporting rod of the upper layer of supporting unit is hingedto the containing platform, and the upper end of the other supporting rod is slidably connected with the containing platform. The lower end of one supporting rod of the lower-layer supporting unit ishinged to the floor base, the lower end of the other supporting rod of the lower-layer supporting unit is slidably connected with the floor base, and the transmission mechanism is connected with the shear fork lifting support and controls the shear fork lifting support to stretch out and draw back. The platform supporting method is convenient to use, can replace manpower to support the piping system, and greatly reduces the occurrence probability of safety accidents.

    本发明公开了一种船舶管系安装的平台支撑方法,采用特制的手动升降装置,包括落地基座、放置平台、剪叉升降支架及传动机构,所述剪叉升降支架设置于落地基座与放置平台之间,所述剪叉升降支架包括上下两层支撑单元,每层支撑单元包括两个交叉铰接设置的支撑杆,上层支撑单元的支撑杆的下端与下层单元的支撑杆的上端铰接,上层支撑单元的一个支撑杆的上端与放置平台铰接,另一个支撑杆的上端与放置平台滑动连接,下层支撑单元的一个支撑杆的下端与落地基座铰接,另一支撑杆的下端与落地基座滑动连接,所述传动机构连接剪叉升降支架并控制剪叉升降支架伸缩。本发明使用方便,通过该手动平台能够代替人力进行管系支撑,大大降低了安全事故的发生概率。
