Second in-vehicle sensor data collected in the past is input to the accident risk definition model, and accident risk estimation data is generated by estimating the probability of risk occurrence, and first biological index data corresponding to the second in-vehicle sensor data and the accident risk estimation data are input. The present invention generates an accident risk prediction model for predicting an accident risk after a predetermined time, acquires second biosensor data of a driver driving a vehicle, calculates second biometric data from the second biosensor data, and inputs the second biometric data to the accident risk prediction model.
