The invention relates to a duct piece posture detection and hoisting method and system, a duct piece hoisting device and an industrial personal computer. The duct piece posture detecting and hoisting method comprises the steps that duct piece quality information and duct piece posture information of a to-be-hoisted duct piece are obtained; according to the pipe piece posture information and the pipe piece quality information of the to-be-hoisted pipe piece, whether the to-be-hoisted pipe piece meets the hoisting condition or not is judged; and under the condition that the to-be-hoisted pipe piece meets the hoisting condition, a pipe piece hoisting route is planned, and the pipe piece hoisting device is controlled by the pipe piece hoisting control system to complete pipe piece hoisting according to the planned pipe piece hoisting route. According to the invention, automatic transportation of the duct piece and automatic detection of the placing posture of the duct piece can be realized, and the intelligent level of duct piece hoisting is improved.
