The invention discloses a dual-mode segment hoisting system and a hoisting method. With the dual-mode segment hoisting system and the hoisting method of the invention adopted, the problems of poor applicability and inflexible operation of a material hoisting system of a heading machine in the prior art can be solved. The dual-mode segment hoisting system comprises a pipe jacking hoisting system and a shield hoisting system; the shield hoisting system and the pipe jacking hoisting system are detachably arranged on a rear matched trailer in parallel; the pipe jacking hoisting system and the shield hoisting system are arranged in parallel; and the pipe jacking hoisting system is located above one side of the shield hoisting system. According to the dual-mode segment hoisting system and the hoisting method of the invention, the pipe jacking hoisting system and the shield hoisting system which are arranged in parallel are adopted; the shield hoisting system is started when a bypass channelneeds to be excavated through a shield method; the pipe jacking hoisting system is started when the bypass channel needs to be excavated through a pipe jacking method; and therefore, the dual-mode segment hoisting system can respond quickly during construction; hoisting modes can be switched according to the types of tunneling main equipment; material transportation requirements are met; and it isguaranteed that the construction process of a bypass channel tunneling machine is efficient and orderly.

    本发明公开了一种双模式管片吊运系统及吊运方法,解决了现有技术中掘进机物料吊运系统适用性不佳、操作不灵活的问题。本发明包括顶管吊运系统和盾构吊运系统,盾构吊运系统和顶管吊运系统并联可拆卸设置在后配套拖车上。所述顶管吊运系统与盾构吊运系统平行设置,且顶管吊运系统位于盾构吊运系统侧上方。本发明采用并联设置的顶管吊运系统和盾构吊运系统,当需要用盾构法开挖旁通道时启用盾构吊运系统,当需要用顶管法开挖旁通道时启用顶管吊运系统,以在施工时快速响应,根据掘进主设备的类型切换吊运模式,满足物料运输需求,保证旁通道掘进机施工过程高效有序。
