The invention relates to the field of arm supports of mechanical equipment, and discloses a fiber composite material beam structure and a preparation method thereof, an arm section, an arm support and mechanical equipment. The manufacturing method of the fiber composite material beam structure comprises the steps that 1, a first fiber composite material is laid on a first core mold with an inclined face formed at the end to form a first fiber composite material layer, and the inclined face smoothly extends from one transverse end of the first core mold to the other transverse end of the first core mold to form a second fiber composite material layer; the first fiber composite material layer comprises an inclined plane part corresponding to the inclined plane and a non-inclined plane part not corresponding to the inclined plane; and 2, the end, provided with the inclined face, of the first core mold is coaxially in butt joint with a second core mold, and a second fiber composite material is laid on the surfaces of the first core mold and the second core mold which are in butt joint to form a second fiber composite material layer. The technical scheme provided by the invention is beneficial to prolonging the anti-fatigue life of the fiber composite boom.

    本发明涉及机械设备的臂架领域,公开了一种纤维复材梁结构及其制备方法、臂节、臂架和机械设备。其中,所述纤维复材梁结构的制作方法包括:步骤1,在端部形成有斜面的第一芯模上敷设第一纤维复材,以形成第一纤维复材层,所述斜面自所述第一芯模的横向一端向所述第一芯模的横向另一端平滑延伸,所述第一纤维复材层包括对应所述斜面的斜面部分以及未对应所述斜面的非斜面部分;步骤2,在所述第一芯模的形成有所述斜面的端部同轴对接第二芯模,并在对接后的第一芯模和所述第二芯模的表面敷设第二纤维复材,以形成第二纤维复材层。本发明提供的技术方案有利于提升纤维复材臂架的抗疲劳寿命。
