The invention discloses a carbon fiber composite material front-end reinforcing beam and a preparation method thereof; the carbon fiber composite material front-end reinforcing beam comprises a front-end reinforcing beam body and reinforcing ribs, and the front-end reinforcing ribs are located on the back surface of the reinforcing beam body; reinforcing layers are arranged on the peripheries of the reinforcing ribs. The thickness of the reinforcing layer is linearly reduced from one side of the reinforcing rib to the surface of the reinforcing beam body at the front end; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), performing raw material punching and layering; (2), performing pre-vacuumizing; (3), putting the product into a mold; and (4), performing SMC forming. The carbon fiber SMC sheet is adopted, and through the design of the variable-thickness reinforcing layer structure, the design of the reinforcing beam body of the bow-shaped structure, the pre-vacuumizing treatment and the design of the mold entering angle of the laminated sheet, the problems that reinforcing ribs of a finished reinforcing beam at the front end of the carbon fiber composite material shrink and the porosity is high are effectively solved; the surface of the obtained formed product has a bright forged carbon pattern effect, is high in apparent mass, has excellent rigidity, mechanical property, first-order inherent frequency and deformation resistance, and is excellent in comprehensive performance.

    本发明公开了一种碳纤维复合材料前端加强梁及其制备方法,包括前端加强梁本体和加强筋,前端加强筋位于加强梁本体的背面;加强筋的四周还带有增强层;所述增强层的厚度从加强筋一侧向前端加强梁本体的表面呈线性减小;制备方法包括:(1)原料冲切及铺层;(2)预抽真空;(3)入模;(4)SMC成型。本发明以碳纤维SMC片材,通过变厚度的增强层的结构和弓型结构的加强梁本体的设计、预抽真空处理、铺层片材入模角度的设计,有效解决了碳纤维复合材料前端加强梁成品的加强筋处收缩以及气孔率高的问题,所得的成型制品的表面具有光亮的锻造碳纹效果,表观质量高,具有优异的刚性、力学性能、一阶固有频率和抗变形能力,综合性能优异。
