The invention discloses a carbon fiber composite material doorsill stiffening beam and a manufacturing method thereof. The doorsill stiffening beam comprises a base layer and a reinforcing layer wound on the outer surface of the base layer, the base layer is composed of a carbon fiber composite material which is laid at 0 degree in the length direction of the stiffening beam, and the cross section of the base layer is shaped like a Chinese character ''tian''; and the included angle between the winding direction of the reinforcing layer and the length direction of the doorsill stiffening beam is larger than 0 degree. The doorsill stiffening beam is high in strength and impact resistance, and bending resistance and circumferential performance are improved through different laying and winding angles of the carbon fiber composite material layers in the base layer and the reinforcing layer; and the doorsill stiffening beam is high in lightweight degree, the weight of the doorsill stiffening beam is reduced by more than 40% compared with that of an original metal part, and the weight of a beam body is remarkably reduced through the cavity structure and the material of the stiffening beam.

    本发明公开了一种碳纤维复合材料门槛加强梁及其制造方法,所述的门槛加强梁包括基础层和缠绕在基础层外表面的加强层,所述基础层由沿加强梁长度方向的0°铺层的碳纤维复合材料构成,且基础层的横截面是“田”字形;所述的加强层的缠绕方向与门槛加强梁的长度方向所呈的夹角>0°。本发明的门槛加强梁强度高,抗撞击能力强,通过基础层和加强层中碳纤维复合材料层的不同铺放和缠绕的角度,提升了抗弯和周向性能;门槛加强梁的轻量化程度高,相比原金属零件重量减轻40%以上,加强梁的空腔结构以及其材质显著减少梁体重量。
