The invention discloses a multi-working-condition operation mode control method and system for a pure electric loader, and the system comprises the pure electric loader which is provided with a multi-working-condition operation mode selection switch or key and correspondingly selects a plurality of walking motor driving curves preset in a controller; the control method comprises the following steps that S1, the current accelerator pedal opening degree is obtained; s2, the real-time rotating speed of a walking driving motor is obtained; s3, calculating the real-time torque required by the current walking motor according to the opening degree of the accelerator pedal, the real-time rotating speed of the motor and the driving curve of the current walking motor; s4, the whole vehicle controller sends the torque needed by whole vehicle walking to a walking motor controller, the walking motor controller drives a walking motor to operate, and the corresponding torque is output; the adaptability of a current product under different working conditions can be achieved, the working efficiency of the whole vehicle under different working conditions is guaranteed, and it is guaranteed that energy consumption of the whole vehicle is not wasted.

    本发明公开一种纯电动装载机多工况作业模式控制方法及系统,包括:纯电动装载机,其具备多工况作业模式选择开关或按键,对应选择控制器内预先设置的多条行走电机驱动曲线;控制方法包括以下步骤:S1:获取当前油门踏板开度;S2:获取行走驱动电机的实时转速;S3:根据油门踏板开度、电机实时转速、当前行走电机驱动曲线进行计算当前行走电机所需实时扭矩;S4:整车控制器将整车行走所需扭矩发送至行走电机控制器,由行走电机控制器驱动行走电机运行,输出对应扭矩;本发明可以解决当前产品不同工况下的适应性,既保证整车在不同工况下的工作效率,又保证整车能耗的不浪费。
