The invention discloses a transmission system of a pure electric loader and a control method and belongs to the technical field of a loader. A front drive axle is connected with a front axle gearbox through a front transmission shaft, the front axle gearbox is connected with a front axle motor, a rear drive axle is connected with a rear axle gearbox through a rear transmission shaft, the rear axlegearbox is connected with a rear axle motor, the front axle gearbox is connected with the rear axle gearbox through an intermediate transmission shaft, the front axle gearbox is connected with a front axle clutch control mechanism, the rear axle gearbox is connected with a rear axle clutch control mechanism, and a complete machine controller controls and is connected with the front axle clutch control mechanism and the rear axle clutch control mechanism. The transmission system is advantaged in that front and rear axle motors and front and rear gearboxes are respectively connected with frontand rear axles through transmission shafts, according to the power requirement of the whole loader, the clutches in the front gearbox and the rear gearbox can be controlled to be disengaged and engaged at any time through the clutches, so the front axle motor or the rear axle motor is in a stopped state under certain working conditions, energy consumption of the whole loader is reduced, and the cruising ability of the pure electric loader is improved.

    本发明公布一种纯电动装载机的传动系统及控制方法,属于装载机技术领域。前驱动桥通过前传动轴连接前桥齿轮箱,前桥齿轮箱连接前桥电机;后驱动桥通过后传动轴连接后桥齿轮箱,后桥齿轮箱连接后桥电机;前桥齿轮箱与后桥齿轮箱之间通过中间传动轴连接;前桥齿轮箱连接前桥离合器操纵机构,后桥齿轮箱连接后桥离合器操纵机构,整机控制器控制连接前桥离合器操纵机构、后桥离合器操纵机构。本发明通过前后桥电机、前后齿轮箱分别通过传动轴与前后桥相连,按照整机的动力需要,可随时通过离合器控制前后齿轮箱内的离合器脱开和结合,来实现在某些工况下前桥电机或后桥电机成停机状态,降低整机的能耗,提高纯电动装载机的续航能力。
