The invention discloses a helicopter rotor balance real-time adjustment method, which comprises the following steps of: calculating an adjustment variable ADJVib of each intelligent variable pitch pull rod in helicopter rotor vibration balance adjustment by utilizing a control model, and calculating an adjustment variable ADJConeb of each intelligent variable pitch pull rod in helicopter rotor cone balance adjustment by utilizing a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) feedback control algorithm; calculating the adjusting quantity ADJConef of each intelligent variable pitch pull rod in helicopter rotor cone balance adjustment by using a feedforward control algorithm; and carrying out weighted adjustment on the ADJVib, the ADJConeb and the ADJConef of each intelligent variable pitch pull rod, so as to obtain a final weighted adjustment quantity, namely ADJfinal. According to the method, the coupling relation between the vibration of the helicopter and the cone is analyzed, control amplitude limiting between the vibration and the cone is carried out in an engineering weight configuration mode, the displacement amount of the intelligent variable pitch pull rod is obtained, and simultaneous control over the vibration of the helicopter rotor and the cone is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种直升机旋翼平衡实时调整方法,利用控制模型计算出直升机旋翼振动平衡调节中各智能变距拉杆的调节量ADJVib,利用PID反馈控制算法计算出直升机旋翼锥体平衡调节中各智能变距拉杆的调节量ADJCone_b,利用前馈控制算法计算出直升机旋翼锥体平衡调节中各智能变距拉杆的调节量ADJCone_f;对各智能变距拉杆的ADJVib、ADJCone_b、ADJCone_f进行加权调节,得到最后的加权调节量为ADJfinal。本发明通过分析直升机振动与锥体间的耦合关系,采用较为工程化的权值配置的方式进行振动与锥体间的控制限幅,得到智能变距拉杆的位移量,实现对直升机旋翼振动和锥体的同时控制。
