The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle components, in particular to a vehicle component, a manufacturing method of the vehicle component and a vehicle. In order to solve the problem that a double-layer aluminum plate and a thermal forming double-layer steel plate of an existing vehicle lack a rigid connection mode, the vehicle component comprises a first aluminum plate, a second aluminum plate, a first steel plate and a second steel plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the first aluminum plate and the second aluminum plate are connected in a spot welding mode, and the first steel plate and the second steel plate are connected in a spot welding mode. The rivet penetrates through the first aluminum plate and the second aluminum plate and then is connected with the first steel plate in a spot welding mode. The double-layer aluminum outer covering part and the double-layer hot-formed steel part are connected through the method that the rivet serving as a medium makes direct contact with the hot-formed steel part and then spot welding is conducted, so that rigid connection of the double-layer aluminum outer covering part and the double-layer hot-formed steel part is achieved, the effect of riveting the first aluminum plate and the second aluminum plate is achieved, spot welding connection of the double-layer aluminum plate and the hot-formed steel part is achieved, and finally lap joint of three layers of plates is achieved. The defects of a single riveting or spot welding process are avoided, and the connection problem during lap joint of the four layers of plates is solved.

    本发明涉及车辆构件技术领域,具体提供一种车辆构件、车辆构件的制造方法及车辆。为解决现有车辆的双层铝板和热成型双层钢板缺乏刚性连接方式的问题,本发明的车辆构件包括从上到下依次设置的第一铝板、第二铝板、第一钢板和第二钢板,第一铝板和第二铝板点焊连接,第一钢板和第二钢板点焊连接,铆钉穿过第一铝板和第二铝板后,铆钉与第一钢板点焊连接。通过铆钉这个媒介与热成型钢件直接接触再打点焊的方法使二者连接,以实现双层铝外覆盖件与双层热成型钢件的刚性连接,既实现了铆接第一铝板和第二铝板的作用,也实现了双层铝板和热成型钢件的点焊连接,最终实现三层板搭接,规避了单独铆接或点焊工艺的缺陷,解决了四层板搭接时的连接难题。
