The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle components, in particular to a vehicle component, a manufacturing method of the vehicle component and a vehicle. In order to solve the problem that a rigid connection mode is lacked between a vehicle covering part aluminum plate and a thermal forming steel plate, the vehicle component comprises a top cover, a side wall outer plate, a side edge beam outer plate and a side edge beam inner plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the side wall outer plate, the side edge beam outer plate and the side edge beam inner plate are connected in a spot welding mode. A notch is formed in the side wall outer plate, after the rivet is riveted into the top cover and passes through the notch, the end of the rivet abuts against the side edge beam outer plate, and the rivet is connected with the side edge beam outer plate in a spot welding mode. By means of the method that the rivet serving as a medium makes direct contact with the thermal forming part and then spot welding is conducted, rigid connection between the aluminum outer covering part and the thermal forming part is achieved, namely spot welding connection between the aluminum top cover and the thermal forming side edge beam outer plate is achieved, the defects of an independent SPR or spot welding technology are overcome, and the overall connection strength of the component is improved.

    本发明涉及车辆构件技术领域,具体提供一种车辆构件、车辆构件的制造方法及车辆。为解决车辆覆盖件铝板和热成型钢板缺乏刚性连接方式的问题,本发明的车辆构件包括从上到下依次设置的顶盖、侧围外板、侧边梁外板和侧边梁内板;侧围外板、侧边梁外板和侧边梁内板三者之间点焊连接;侧围外板上设置有缺口,铆钉铆入顶盖并通过缺口后,铆钉的端部与侧边梁外板抵接,铆钉与侧边梁外板点焊连接。通过铆钉这个媒介与热成型件直接接触再通过打点焊的方法,实现了铝外覆盖件与热成型件的刚性连接,即实现了铝顶盖和热成型侧边梁外板的点焊连接,规避了单独SPR或点焊工艺的缺陷,提高了构件整体的连接强度。
