The invention discloses a hybrid power supply system, a control method thereof and a rail transit vehicle. The system comprises an aluminum air battery, a methanol reforming hydrogen production fuel cell, a heat exchange device, a hydrogen collection device and a control module, the aluminum air cell is connected with the methanol reforming hydrogen production fuel cell through the heat exchange device and the hydrogen collection device, reaction heat of the aluminum air cell is used for providing heat for the methanol reforming hydrogen production fuel cell in the starting stage, and hydrogen generated by the aluminum air cell is used for providing hydrogen for the methanol reforming hydrogen production fuel cell. On the basis that the original functions or performances of the aluminum air cell and the methanol reforming hydrogen production fuel cell are not influenced at all, a special water cooling device, an electric heating device and a hydrogen discharging device do not need to be configured any more. According to the control method, when the system load is suddenly changed through charge and discharge management of the energy storage module/power supply module, the energy storage module/power supply module absorbs or releases the suddenly changed power, and the quick response requirement of the load is met.

    本发明公开了一种混合供电系统及其控制方法、轨道交通车辆,该系统包括铝空气电池、甲醇重整制氢燃料电池、热交换装置、氢气收集装置、控制模块;铝空气电池通过热交换装置和氢气收集装置与甲醇重整制氢燃料电池连接,利用铝空气电池的反应热为甲醇重整制氢燃料电池在启动阶段提供热量,利用铝空气电池产生的氢气为甲醇重整制氢燃料电池提供氢气,在完全不影响铝空气电池和甲醇重整制氢燃料电池的原有功能或性能基础上,不再需要配置专用的水冷装置、电加热装置和排氢装置。该控制方法通过对储能模块/电源模块的充放电管理实现系统负载突变时,由储能模块/电源模块吸收或释放突变功率,满足了负载快速响应需求。
