The invention relates to a vehicle control method which comprises the following steps: when a running road surface of a vehicle meets a preset condition and/or the speed of the vehicle is smaller than a preset speed, controlling a distance measurement sensing device of the vehicle to be switched from an anti-collision mode to a road surface condition monitoring mode; wherein the road surface meeting the preset condition is a road surface which needs to run at a low speed within a preset time and/or a preset distance. The invention further provides a computer storage medium and a vehicle. According to the vehicle control method, the computer storage medium and the vehicle, when the vehicle speed is smaller than the preset vehicle speed and/or the running road surface of the vehicle is the road surface needing low-speed running within the preset time and/or the preset distance, the distance sensing device is controlled to be switched from the anti-collision mode to the road surface condition monitoring mode; therefore, information required on a road surface requiring low-speed driving can be acquired in time, so that the driving safety is improved, and the flexibility is high.
