The invention relates to the technical field of automatic driving, in particular to a vehicle-following target selection method, device and equipment for a lane dislocation intersection scene, a vehicle and a storage medium. The vehicle-following target selection device for the lane dislocation intersection scene comprises an information collector and a controller, the information collector is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling a vehicle to select a following target to follow. The method comprises the following steps: judging the state of a vehicle; according to the state of the vehicle, an information collector collects environment information, and the driving condition of the vehicle is judged; determining the state of the vehicle at the next moment according to the judgment result of the driving condition of the vehicle; and the controller controls the vehicle to enter the state of the next moment. When the vehicle runs to an intersection scene with the number of lanes changed under the condition of automatic driving, the vehicle safely passes through the staggered intersection of the lanes in a proper mode without map or navigation guidance.
