The invention discloses a tire design method for reducing the stress of a winding belted ply, the tire comprises a belted ply, a belted ply cord, a crown part and a tire body contour, and the design method comprises the following specific steps: firstly, setting the parameter of a zero-degree belted ply cord through a stretching strain parameter; establishing a design model of the cross section of the tire, establishing a plane-coordinate system, and calculating to obtain a radial tilt angle for laying a zero-degree belted layer; determining three auxiliary points according to the outer contour of a mold for fixing the tire, forming a plurality of auxiliary patterns according to the auxiliary points, and designing the area ratio of the auxiliary patterns to determine and obtain the optimal tire body contour trend and flatness coefficient; according to the included angle between the laying direction of each belted layer and the longitudinal center line of the tire, the laying angle range of the belted layers is determined, and the tire with the zero-degree belted layer subjected to stress optimization is obtained. The stress of the cord threads of the zero-degree belted layer is reduced by preferably selecting the high-elongation cord threads, optimally designing the tire body outline, the radial swing angle of the zero-degree belted layer and the included angle between the laying direction of the belted layer and the longitudinal center line of the tire, so that the failure risk of breakage of the cord threads of the zero-degree belted layer is reduced, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种降低缠绕带束层受力的轮胎设计方法,所述轮胎包括带束层、带束层帘线、冠部,以及胎体轮廓,所述设计方法具体步骤包括:首先通过伸张应变参数设定零度带束层帘线的参数;建立轮胎横截面的设计模型并设立平面坐标系,计算得到零度带束层铺设的径向摆角;根据轮胎固定的模具外轮廓确定三个辅助点,并根据辅助点形成若干辅助图形,设计辅助图形面积配比确定得到最优的胎体轮廓走势和扁平系数;根据每一层带束层铺设方向与轮胎纵向中心线的夹角,确定带束层铺设角度范围,得到零度带束层受力优化后的轮胎。本发明通过优选高伸张帘线、优化设计胎体轮廓、零度带束层的径向摆角、带束层铺设方向与轮胎纵向中心线的夹角,降低零度带束层帘线的受力,从而减少零度带束层帘线断丝的失效风险,提高轮胎使用寿命。
