The invention relates to an escalator braking distance detection device and method, the detection device comprises a trigger and a measurement trolley, and the measurement trolley is provided with a data acquisition sensor. The detection method comprises the following steps: (1) when the escalator runs downwards at a no-load rated speed, measuring the consumed power of a motor and a stair descending rated speed; (2) when the escalator moves downwards at the no-load rated speed and is stopped independently by means of friction force among components of the escalator, a data acquisition sensor acquires the average stopping deceleration of the escalator; (3) when the escalator moves downwards at the no-load rated speed, an emergency stop instruction is sent out, and the average braking deceleration of the escalator is collected; and (4) the escalator runs in a light-load nuclear descending mode, an emergency stop instruction is sent out, and the average braking deceleration of the escalator is collected. All the collected parameters are substituted into a formula, and then the braking distance of the escalator in the full-load descending process can be calculated. The device and the method are high in universality, simple in detection process and low in detection cost.

    本申请涉及自动扶梯制停距离检测装置及方法,检测装置包括触发器和测量小车,测量小车设有数据采集传感器。检测方法包括(1)自动扶梯在空载额定速度向下运行时,测量电动机消耗功率及梯级下行额定速度;(2)自动扶梯在空载额定速度向下运动时,单独依靠自动扶梯自身组件间摩擦力来制停时,数据采集传感器采集自动扶梯制停平均减速度;(3)自动扶梯在空载额定速度向下运动时,发出急停指令,采集自动扶梯制停平均减速度;(4)自动扶梯在轻载核下行运行,发出急停指令,采集自动扶梯制停平均减速度。将上述采集的各项参数带入公式即可推算出自动扶梯在满载下行时的制停距离。本申请的装置与方法通用性强,检测流程简单,检测成本低。
