The invention relates to a lifting device of an alternate supporting type steel platform and an internal climbing tower crane and a construction method of the lifting device. The alternate supporting type steel platform comprises climbing steel columns longitudinally installed on a shear wall and a platform body capable of sliding along the climbing steel columns. The internal climbing tower crane comprises a tower crane body and a plurality of climbing frames which are mounted on the shear wall and are arranged up and down, and the climbing frames can provide support for the tower crane body; a wall jacking device is mounted below the platform body, the wall jacking device has a jacking state and a loosening state, and the wall jacking device can provide support for the tower crane body when being jacked tightly. Through the wall jacking device arranged on the platform body, lateral support can be provided for hoisting operation of the internal climbing tower crane under the condition that an upper climbing frame is not installed; meanwhile, after the platform body climbs, the climbing steel columns can be normally lifted back; when the upper climbing frame is installed, the internal climbing tower crane can still work normally, and the construction period is not affected.
本发明涉及一种交替支撑式钢平台与内爬塔吊的提升装置及其施工方法,所述交替支撑式钢平台包括纵向安装于剪力墙上的爬升钢柱和能够沿所述爬升钢柱滑动的平台本体;所述内爬塔吊包括塔吊本体和安装于所述剪力墙上的、上下排列的多个爬升框,所述爬升框能够为所述塔吊本体提供支撑;所述平台本体的下方安装有顶墙装置,所述顶墙装置包括顶紧和松开两种状态,所述顶墙装置顶紧时能够为所述塔吊本体提供支撑。本发明通过设置在平台本体上的顶墙装置,能够在未安装上部爬升框的情况下,为内爬塔吊的吊装作业提供侧向支撑;同时平台本体爬升后,爬升钢柱可以正常回提;安装上部爬升框的同时,内爬塔吊依然能正常工作,不影响工期。
