The invention provides a train track mounting method, which comprises the following steps of: after a train cabin of a ship body is integrally mounted and welded, marking and positioning train tracks in the train cabin, and marking each train track base plate; determining the deflection value of the ship deck at the track base plate, calculating the theoretical thickness of the track base plate according to the deflection values of all the track base plates on the ship deck, and manufacturing the train track base plate according to the calculation result; after train track base plates, track clamps and train tracks are assembled into modules, the modules are hoisted to a ship body, and alignment is conducted according to the marks of the track base plates; and after whether the flatness of the upper plane of the train track and the track distance meet the requirements or not is determined, the train track base plate and a ship deck are welded. According to the technical scheme, high-precision and rapid installation of the train track can be guaranteed, so that the construction period of the train track is shortened, and the profitability is achieved.
本发明提供了一种火车轨道安装方法,在船体火车舱整体安装焊接完毕后,在火车舱内对火车轨道进行划线定位,对各火车轨道垫板进行标记;确定该轨道垫板处船体甲板的扰度值,根据船体甲板上所有轨道垫板处扰度值,计算轨道垫板的理论厚度,并依据计算结果制作火车轨道垫板;将火车轨道垫板、轨道夹及火车轨道组装成模块后,吊装至船体,并按照轨道垫板标记进行对位;确定火车轨道上平面平直度及轨道间距是否满足要求后,将火车轨道垫板与船体甲板进行焊接。本发明技术方案,能够保证火车轨道的高精度、快速安装,从而缩短火车轨道的建造周期,实现盈利能力。
