The invention discloses high-tear-resistance and high-wear-resistance all-steel tire tread rubber which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, 50-70 parts of carbon black and 1-5 parts of a carbon black dispersing agent. The internal lubrication effect of the carbon black dispersing agent promotes the compatibility among the components of the tread rubber, so that the filler and the auxiliary agent are more uniformly dispersed in the rubber, the comprehensive properties such as tear resistance, wear resistance and the like of the tread rubber are finally improved, heat generation is not increased, and the service life of the tread rubber is prolonged. The current situation that the performance of the tread rubber is improved mainly by adding a filling system or reinforcing resin in the prior art is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高抗撕裂、高耐磨全钢轮胎胎面胶,包括以下重量份的原料:100份顺式‑1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶、50~70份炭黑、1~5份炭黑分散剂。本发明通过炭黑分散剂的内润滑作用促进胎面胶各组分之间的相容性,使得填料和助剂更加均匀的分散在橡胶中,最终提高胎面胶的抗撕裂性和耐磨性等综合性能,且不会增加生热,改善了现有技术主要通过添加填充体系或者补强树脂来改善胎面胶性能的现状。
