According to the technical scheme, the anti-tear composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 135-155 parts of a composite material obtained by premixing 100 parts of natural latex prepared by a latex method wet mixing process and 35-55 parts of white carbon black, 5-10 parts of anti-tear resin, 1-5 parts of modified aramid fiber, 0.5-2 parts of a low-heat additive, 0.5-2 parts of an anti-reversion agent, 1-3 parts of sulfur, 3-7 parts of an anti-aging agent and 2-4 parts of an accelerant, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-5 parts of stearic acid and 0.05-0.5 part of scorch retarder. According to the invention, a special engineering tire tread main body material is adopted, so that the reinforcing effect of white carbon black on natural rubber is greatly improved, and the tear resistance of a rubber material, the tensile strength, elongation and other properties of tire wear resistance and the aging property are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种低生热高耐磨抗撕裂工程胎胎面胶及其制备方法,属于轮胎胎面胶技术领域。其技术方案为:按重量份计包括以下组分:100份的乳胶法湿法混炼工艺制备的天然胶乳与35‑55份的白炭黑预先混合的复合材料135‑155份、抗撕裂树脂5‑10份、改性芳纶纤维1‑5份、低生热助剂0.5‑2份、抗硫化返原剂0.5‑2份、硫磺1‑3份、防老剂3‑7份、促进剂2‑4份、氧化锌3‑5份、硬脂酸1‑5份、防焦剂0.05‑0.5份。本发明采用特殊的工程胎胎面主体材料,大大提升了白炭黑对天然橡胶的补强作用,也使得胶料的抗撕裂性能以及轮胎耐磨性能的拉伸强度、伸长率等性能和老化性能得到大幅提升。
