According to the tool, a first motor, a second motor, a sliding block and a telescopic sliding rod are arranged to be matched with one another, so that a piston head body has an automatic calibration and positioning function when being fixed before hoisting, an H-shaped blocking rod is further arranged to be used for limiting the sliding rod and automatically limiting the sliding rod after entering a clamping groove, and the sliding rod is prevented from moving back in the hoisting process; the H-shaped blocking rod has the functions of automatic starting and automatic resetting, extra manual operation is not needed, and the functions of positioning, fixing, releasing and resetting of the tool can be completed only by controlling starting and stopping of the first motor and the second motor.
