The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting tools, in particular to a heavy-load automatic leveling hoisting device which comprises a hoisting frame, a plurality of first hoisting chains and a plurality of leveling mechanisms. A plurality of leveling mechanisms are hinged to the top end of the hanging bracket, and a plurality of first hanging chains are movably connected to the bottom end; the leveling mechanism comprises an expansion piece and a second lifting chain; the first end of the expansion piece is movably connected with the second sling chain, and the second end is movably connected with the top end of the hanger; the multiple leveling mechanisms are arranged at the top end of the hanging bracket in a surrounding mode. Compared with an existing leveling mode that the length of a chain is adjusted through a chain block, the length of the chain does not need to be adjusted, the hoisting device conducts leveling on the hoisting module through a plurality of expansion pieces, the leveling efficiency is higher, and the leveling time is short; remote operation can be achieved, an operator does not need to climb to operate, and operation safety is guaranteed; and compared with a manual adjustment mode of a chain block, the automatic adjustment precision of the expansion piece is higher.

    本发明涉及吊装工装技术领域,具体涉及一种重载自动调平的吊装装置,吊装装置包括吊架、多根第一吊链和多个调平机构;吊架的顶端铰接有多个调平机构,底端活动连接有多根第一吊链;调平机构包括伸缩器与第二吊链;伸缩器的第一端与第二吊链活动连接,第二端与吊架的顶端活动连接;多个调平机构环绕设置于吊架的顶端。相较于现有的手拉葫芦调节链条长度的调平方式,本发明的链条无需进行长度调节,吊装装置是通过多个伸缩器对吊装模块进行调平,调平的效率更高、时间较短;远程即可操作,操作人员无需登高操作,保障了作业安全性;相较于手拉葫芦手动调节的方式,伸缩器的自动化调节精度更高。
