Data are collected in real time through a camera and/or various sensors so as to measure the wind speed of each height within the range of the whole mooring cable, and then the automatic cable winding device is controlled to wind and unwind the floating part of the AWES; after an automatic height adjusting system is integrated, the height of the floating part can be adjusted to the optimal wind speed interval in a full-automatic and self-adaptive mode in real time, unattended operation is achieved while the wind energy utilization rate is increased, the maintenance cost of the aerostat is greatly reduced, and the overall power generation efficiency of the system is improved.
