The invention provides an obstacle crossing device and an obstacle crossing method suitable for a pole-climbing robot capable of automatically loosening a pole, the obstacle crossing device comprises a first pole-shaped lifting assembly and a second pole-shaped lifting assembly of which the end parts are hinged with each other, and the structures of the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly are arranged in mirror symmetry along a hinged shaft; lifting platforms capable of linearly moving along main bodies of the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly are arranged on the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly, the lifting platforms are driven to move through linear driving pieces, and pole-climbing robots capable of automatically loosening and clamping pole pieces are rotatably connected to the lifting platforms; an overturning assembly capable of driving the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly to rotate relatively is further arranged between the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly. The pole-climbing robot solves the problems that in the prior art, when the climbing robot abuts against or is too close to an obstacle, obstacle crossing cannot be achieved, and movement of the climbing robot along a rod piece is unstable, and the effect of enhancing the obstacle crossing performance of the pole-climbing robot is achieved.

    本发明提供了适用于可自动松杆的爬杆机器人的越障装置及越障方法,包括端部相互铰接的杆状第一升降组件和第二升降组件,且第一升降组件和第二升降组件的结构沿铰接轴镜像对称设置,第一升降组件和第二升降组件上均设置有可沿其主体直线移动的升降平台,升降平台通过直线驱动件驱动移动,升降平台上可转动的连接有可自动松开和夹持杆件的爬杆机器人,第一升降组件和第二升降组件之间还设置有可驱动第一升降组件和第二升降组件进行相对转动的翻转组件。本发明解决了现有技术中存在的在爬行机器人抵触或过于靠近障碍时无法越障以及爬行机器人沿杆件移动不稳定的问题,产生了增强爬杆机器人的越障性能的效果。
