The zero-speed electrical safety braking method comprises the steps that a tachogenerator used for detecting the running speed of a motor is installed on the motor of the elevator, and the tachogenerator transmits the real-time rotating speed to a PLC so as to judge whether a roller of the elevator is in a safety braking state or not; when the system starts the braking program, the installation loop is disconnected, safety braking is input, and the elevator motor stops working, the elevator braking device is simple in structural design and convenient to use, and when the elevator brake fails in braking, namely the elevator roller does not decelerate and stop according to the program of the electric control system, the braking failure is regarded as the braking failure; the main driving motor is powered on again under the adjusting effect of a frequency converter in the electric control system, braking is forcibly conducted through the torque of the motor, it can be ensured that when brake applying fails, electric braking of the electric transmission system is immediately started again, and the operation speed of the elevator is gradually reduced to the crawling speed close to the zero speed or the zero speed in an electric braking mode; and safety accidents are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种矿井提升机零速电气安全制动方法及其制动系统,包括在提升机的电机上安装用于检测电机运转速度的测速发电机,测速发电机将实时转速传输至PLC控制器,以判断提升机滚筒是否处于安全制动;在系统启动制动程序时,安装回路断开,安全制动投入,提升机电机停止工作,本发明结构设计简单、使用便捷,当提升机制动器制动失效时,即提升机滚筒未按电控系统程序减速停车即视为制动失效,主驱动电动机在电控系统中的变频器调节作用下再次上电,利用电动机的力矩来强行制动,能够确保在施闸失效时立即再次投入电气传动系统的电气制动,利用电气制动方式将提升机运行速度逐渐减速至接近零速的爬行速度或者零速,以减小安全事故。
