The invention belongs to the mine hoist braking control technology and provides a mine hoist braking double closed-loop regulating device comprising a constant deceleration braking and service braking common hydraulic station (15) and an electric hydraulic pressure regulating device (13); the oil pressure of the hydraulic station (15) is regulated by a device body through the electric hydraulic pressure regulating device (13); the double closed-loop regulating device comprises a speed ring, a pressure ring and a power amplifier (10); the pressure ring comprises a service braking pressure setter (6), a pressure ring comparator (5), a pressure regulator (7), a pressure regulating range limiter (8), a pressure drop rate limiter (9) and a pressure sensor (12); the speed ring comprises a safety braking speed setter (2), a speed ring comparator (3), a speed regulator (4) and a speed sensor (11). By the aid of the device, the purpose of safe and stable braking and shutting of the hoist is achieved.
