    本发明公开了一种电梯群控方法、装置、电梯群控设备和存储介质,电梯群控方法包括:当检测到针对目标楼层的外召指令时,获取各个电梯的轿厢所在的物理楼层的物理楼层号以及轿厢的运行方向;根据轿厢的物理楼层号和运行方向,将物理楼层号转换为预设的电梯运行圆上的虚拟楼层号;根据预设间隔数量、虚拟楼层号以及目标楼层的物理楼层号依次计算每个轿厢响应外召指令时的偏离度,偏离度表示各个轿厢在电梯运行圆上的均匀分布程度;将偏离度最小的轿厢确定为响应外召指令的目标轿厢,以控制目标轿厢响应外召指令,本实施例使得各个轿厢在电梯运行圆上始终保持均匀分布状态,既提高电梯群的运行效益,又缩短后续召梯的等候时间,提高乘客的乘梯体验。
