The invention provides a rear wheel steering centering locking mechanism which comprises a locking piece and a limiting piece, the locking piece is connected with a rear wheel steering rocker arm, and a limiting groove is formed in the locking piece; one end of the limiting piece is connected with a first elastic piece, the other end of the limiting piece right faces the limiting groove, and the limiting piece is further connected with the electromagnetic valve. When the electromagnetic valve is closed, the limiting piece stretches into the limiting groove under the action of the first elastic piece, and centering locking of rear wheel steering is achieved. When the electromagnetic valve is started, the limiting piece retracts and leaves the limiting groove under the action of the electromagnetic valve, and centering locking of rear wheel steering is relieved. Compared with the prior art, the rear wheel steering centering locking mechanism has the advantages that the electromagnetic valve is adopted for locking control, the energy consumption is low, the control logic is simple, the number of failure points is small, the failure rate can be remarkably reduced, the safety is remarkably improved, and the rear wheel steering centering locking mechanism is simple in overall structure, low in manufacturing cost and suitable for industrial popularization.

    本发明提供一种后轮转向对中锁止机构,该后轮转向对中锁止机构包括锁止件和限位件,锁止件与后轮转向摇臂连接,锁止件上开设有限位槽;限位件的一端连接有第一弹性件,限位件的另一端正对限位槽,限位件还与电磁阀连接;当电磁阀关闭时,限位件在第一弹性件的作用下伸入限位槽,实现后轮转向的对中锁止;当电磁阀启动时,限位件在电磁阀的作用下回缩并离开限位槽,解除后轮转向的对中锁止。与现有技术相比,本发明采用电磁阀进行锁止控制,具备能耗低、控制逻辑简单,失效点少等特点,能够显著降低失效率,安全性得到显著提升,本发明所公开的后轮转向对中锁止机构整体结构简单,造价低廉,适合产业化推广。
