The invention relates to a queue driving control device and a route generation method thereof. The queue travel control apparatus includes: a recognition device that recognizes forward information of a vehicle using at least one sensor; a communication device supporting vehicle-to-vehicle communication; and the processor is connected with the identification device and the communication device. The processor is configured to acquire first lane line information in front of the vehicle through the recognition device, receive second lane line information sent by the preceding vehicle through the communication device, generate third lane line information by using the first lane line information and the second lane line information based on the information of the preceding vehicle, and transmit the third lane line information to the recognition device. And generating final lane line information by using the first lane line information, the second lane line information, and the third lane line information, and generating a queue driving path by using the final lane line information.
