The invention discloses a labor-saving optimization method for a shear fork lifting mechanism. The labor-saving optimization method comprises the steps that (1) the structure of a shear fork lifting assembly is optimized; (2) carrying out labor-saving optimization verification on the optimized scissor lifting assembly structure; (21) carrying out stress analysis on the structure before optimization to obtain a lead screw thrust FEX expression; (22) carrying out stress analysis on the optimized structure to obtain an optimized lead screw thrust FEX 'expression; (23) comparing the FEX obtained in the step (22) with the F' EX obtained in the step (23); under the condition that the size condition and the load condition of the shear fork assembly are the same, F 'EX is obviously smaller than FEX. After an existing structure is subjected to stress analysis, conventional thinking is jumped out under the same condition, the layout of the overall structure is subjected to fine adjustment, the overall service life is prolonged, and the working efficiency of the shear fork assembly is improved.

    本发明公开了一种剪叉升降机构省力优化方法,包括(1)对剪叉升降组件的结构进行优化;(2)对优化后的剪叉升降组件结构进行省力优化的验证;(21)对优化前的结构进行受力分析以获得丝杆推力FEX表达式为:(22)对优化后的结构进行受力分析以获得优化之后的丝杆推力FEX'表达式为:(23)对步骤(22)中所获得的FEX和步骤(23)所获得的F′EX进行比较;在剪叉组件尺寸条件和载重条件相同情况,明显F′EX<FEX。本发明通过在对现有结构进行受力分析之后,在同等条件下跳出常规思维、对整体结构的布局进行微调整,提高整体使用寿命,提高剪叉组件的工作效率。
