The invention provides a scissor fork lifting mechanism for a carrier. The scissor fork lifting mechanism for the carrier comprises a carrier body, two pallet forks used for lifting are arranged belowthe carrier body, supporting legs are arranged at the bottoms of the pallet forks, scissor fork mechanisms used for lifting are arranged at the front end and the root of each supporting leg correspondingly, the scissor fork mechanisms on the same supporting leg are arranged on a scissor fork mounting plate, the scissor fork mechanisms at the roots of the two supporting legs are provided with connecting shafts, lifting oil cylinders are arranged at the two ends of each connecting shaft, fork teeth are arranged above the scissor fork mechanisms, and the lifting oil cylinders drive the scissor fork mechanisms to act so as to push the fork teeth to ascend and descend to achieve the lifting purpose. A double-shear-fork structure is adopted for lifting, and the two lifting oil cylinders are rigidly connected with the scissor forks through shafts and couplers, so that the whole lifting structure is stable in lifting and more suitable for stacking and carrying a plurality of trays. The scissor forks are specially designed and hinged through dry bushings, the abrasion resistance and the assembly precision are improved, meanwhile, maintenance and replacement are convenient, and the servicelife of the whole lifting structure is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种用于搬运车的剪刀叉举升机构,包括搬运车本体,搬运车本体下方设置用于举升的二个货叉,货叉底部设置支腿,每个支腿的前端和根部分别设置一用于举升的剪刀叉机构,同一支腿上的剪刀叉机构设置在一剪刀叉安装板上,二个支腿根部的剪刀叉机构设置有连接轴,连接轴的两端设置有举升油缸,剪刀叉机构上方设置叉牙,举升油缸带动剪刀叉机构动作进而推动叉牙升降达到举升目的。采用双剪刀叉结构进行举升,两个举升油缸通过轴与联轴器与剪刀叉实现刚性连接,使整个举升结构举升平稳,更适合多个托盘堆叠起来搬运。剪刀叉经过特定设计,铰接出采用干式衬套,耐磨性与装配精度提高,同时维修更替方便,使整个举升结构寿命增加。
