The invention provides a speed command generating unit and a speed command generating method for an electric vehicle. The speed command generation unit used in the electric vehicle is applied to the electric vehicle and comprises a calculation module capable of generating a calculation value of a speed command based on an accelerator signal, a sensing module capable of detecting the actuating state of a mechanical brake of the electric vehicle, and a selection module capable of selectively providing a brake mode selection signal. The trimming module can be used for setting a trimming mark based on the actuating state of the mechanical brake in the last period; and the switching module is connected with the trimming module and the switching module. The switching module generates an output value of the speed command on different basis according to the content of the trimming mark when the mechanical brake is not actuated in the current period, generates an output value of the speed command on the basis of the brake mode selection signal when the mechanical brake is actuated in the current period, and outputs the output value to a motor of the electric vehicle.

    本发明提出一种用于电动载具中的速度命令产生单元及速度命令产生方法。用于电动载具中的速度命令产生单元应用于电动载具并且包括可基于油门信号产生速度命令的计算值的计算模块、可检测电动载具的机械刹车的致动状态的感知模块、可选择提供刹车方式选择信号的选择模块、可基于机械刹车于上个周期的致动状态来设定修剪标记的修剪模块以及连接前述模块的切换模块。切换模块于本周期机械刹车未被致动时,依据修剪标记的内容而于不同基础来产生速度命令的输出值,而于本周期机械刹车被致动时,基于刹车方式选择信号产生速度命令的输出值,并且切换模块将所述输出值输出至电动载具的马达。
