The soft crawling robot comprises a front-end driver and a rear-end driver which are of the same structure, each of the front-end driver and the rear-end driver comprises a shell, and the outer edge of each shell comprises a first arc part, a second arc part and a linear part which are connected end to end; the first end of the first arc part and the first end of the second arc part are in arc transition connection, and the two ends of the linear part are connected with the second end of the first arc part and the second end of the second arc part respectively; each of the front-end driver and the rear-end driver is provided with at least one hexagonal air chamber; when the air cavity is inflated, the air cavity forms protrusions at the bottom of the front-end driver and the bottom of the rear-end driver. The middle-end driver is connected with the front-end driver and the rear-end driver; the middle-end driver comprises a body capable of being axially stretched, the body is provided with a first sawtooth part, and a limiting element is installed on the body and used for limiting radial expansion of the middle-end driver. The robot can adapt to various narrow, humid and smooth environments, and the crawling speed can be controlled.
