The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle autonomous launching and recycling system, and belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The system comprises a stable platform, and a mechanical arm, a battery and a load cabin which are arranged on the stable platform. The stable platform comprises a base, a hydraulic oil cylinder and an electromagnetic chuck. The base is arranged on the unmanned ship and hinged to the lower end of the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the electromagnetic chuck is spherically hinged to the upper end of the hydraulic oil cylinder; and the mechanical arm and the battery and load cabin are mounted on the electromagnetic chuck. The system integrates a putting and recycling function and a battery and load replacement function, and the system integration degree is high; the system is completely autonomous without manual intervention; motion compensation and electromagnetic chuck functions are achieved, and the recycling problem of the unmanned aerial vehicle under the high sea condition is solved; the battery and the load of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be quickly replaced, and the reuse efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.
