The invention provides a shaft brake integrating turning, shaft locking and braking. The shaft brake comprises a brake disc, a caliper disc mechanism, a turning mechanism and a shaft locking mechanism. The brake disc is suitable for being coaxially connected with a main shaft, and a plurality of locking structures are arranged on the disc edge of the brake disc and are sequentially arranged in the circumferential direction of the brake disc; the turning mechanism is connected with the clamp disc mechanism so as to drive the clamp disc mechanism to rotate relative to the central axis of the main shaft. The caliper disc mechanism has a first state for executing braking on the brake disc and a second state for releasing braking on the brake disc; the lock shaft mechanism can be selectively connected with or separated from any one of the multiple locking structures. The barring, shaft locking and braking functions are integrated, occupation of the limited space of a cabin is reduced, cooperative work of the barring, shaft locking and braking functions is achieved, and operation is easy and convenient.

    本发明提供一种集盘车、锁轴及制动为一体的轴刹制动器,包括制动盘、钳盘机构、盘车机构及锁轴机构;制动盘适于与主轴同轴连接,制动盘的盘沿设有多个锁止结构,多个锁止结构沿制动盘的周向依次排布;盘车机构与钳盘机构连接,以驱动钳盘机构相对于主轴的中轴线转动;钳盘机构具有对制动盘执行制动的第一状态及对制动盘解除制动的第二状态;锁轴机构可选择性地与多个锁止结构当中的任一者连接或分离。本发明集盘车、锁轴及制动功能于一体,减小了对船舱有限空间的占用,实现了盘车、锁轴及制动各功能的协同工作,在操作上简单便捷。
