The invention discloses a novel bicycle locking shaft. The novel bicycle locking shaft comprises a shaft body, a fluted disc, a nut, a locking nut pipe and a brake disc, the left end of the shaft bodyis provided with the fluted disc, the left end of the fluted disc is provided with the nut, the left end of the nut is provided with the locking nut pipe, and the right end of the shaft body is connected with a second bolt in an inserted mode. The brake disc is fixedly connected to the right end of the second bolt, a first bolt is arranged in the middle of the left side wall of the shaft body, and the first bolt penetrates through the left side wall of the shaft body and extends into the inner cavity of the shaft body. The length of the first bolt is adjusted through a wrench, so that different fluted discs are added, the fluted disc is connected to the first bolt in a sleeving mode through a formed through hole and fastened through a fastening nut pipe, the right end of the shaft body isinserted into the shaft body through the second bolt, the brake disc is arranged on the right side of the second bolt, disassembly and assembly are convenient and fast through thread engagement, andthe damage to the fastening shaft due to knocking is avoided.
