The invention discloses a self-locking gravity center adjusting mechanism for an AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle). The self-locking gravity center adjusting mechanism comprises an eccentric battery pack, an axial adjusting module and a radial adjusting module, the radial adjusting module comprises an annular gear I, an annular gear II, a plurality of connecting rods, a small gear I and a small gear II, wherein the annular gear I and the annular gear II are provided with cross-shaped supporting frame structures, the connecting rods are fixedly connected between the annular gear I and the annular gear II, and the small gear I and the small gear II are connected through a crank I and a crank II respectively and correspondingly meshed with the annular gear I and the annular gear II. The driving self-locking mechanism is used for driving the pinion I to rotate around the axis of the annular gear I; the axial adjusting module comprises an objective table jointly supported by a small worm and a small gear II, a sliding block fixedly provided with the eccentric battery pack and a lead screw nut mechanism used for driving the sliding block to slide in a reciprocating mode in the axial direction. The gravity center adjusting mechanism is compact in structure and modular in design, not only can realize quick adjustment of the gravity center in the axial direction and the radial direction at the same time, but also can realize self-locking, and solves the problems that an existing AUV is poor in maneuverability and low in movement efficiency.
