The invention discloses a thermal management system of an extended-range hybrid electric vehicle. The thermal management system comprises an air conditioner refrigeration loop, an engine cooling water loop, a battery cooling water loop and a warm air water loop, a bypass of the warm air water loop is provided with an engine waste heat recovery branch, the engine waste heat recovery branch comprises a first water pump and an engine which are connected in series, and an outlet of the engine waste heat recovery branch is further connected into the warm air water loop through a first three-way proportional valve; the invention further discloses a control method of the heat management system of the extended-range hybrid electric vehicle, different heating modes are determined according to the water temperature of the engine and the water temperature of the warm air water loop, heating is completely conducted through the PTC when the cooling water of the engine is low, heating is conducted through the cooling water of the engine and the PTC together when the water temperature of the engine is moderate, and the heating efficiency is improved. When the water temperature of the engine is high, engine waste heat is used for heating completely, and the flow of engine cooling water for heating is adjusted, so that the engine waste heat is reasonably utilized, and the energy utilization rate of the system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种增程式混合动力汽车热管理系统,包括:空调制冷回路、发动机冷却水回路、电池冷却水回路、暖风水回路;暖风水回路的旁通有发动机余热回收支路,发动机余热回收支路包括串联的第一水泵和发动机,发动机余热回收支路的出口还通过第一三通比例阀连接至暖风水回路中;本发明还公开了一种增程式混合动力汽车热管理系统的控制方法,根据发动机水温与暖风水回路水温确定不同的制热模式,在发动机冷却水较低时完全通过PTC来制热,在发动机水温适中时通过发动机冷却水和PTC共同制热,在发动机水温较高时完全通过发动机余热制热,并调节制热的发动机冷却水流量,这样合理利用发动机余热,提高系统能量利用率。
