The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle thermal management, and particularly relates to an extended-range electric vehicle thermal management system and a control method thereof. The system comprises an extended-range cooling liquid loop, a cockpit heating loop and a battery circulating liquid loop, and is characterized in that a first heat exchanger, a battery cooling liquid water pump and a battery pack are sequentially connected between an interface c and an interface a of a battery cooling valve through a first battery circulating pipeline; a radiator is connectedbetween an interface b of the battery cooling valve and a liquid inlet of the battery cooling liquid water pump through a second battery circulating pipeline; an interface c of a warm air water returnvalve is connected to the liquid inlet end of a warm air loop water pump through a first warm air circulating pipeline; and a second warm air circulating pipeline penetrating through the first heat exchanger is connected between an interface c of the battery heating valve and an interface a of the warm air water return valve. Heat interaction among all loops is controlled by using the three-way valve, the purpose of heating the battery pack and the cockpit is achieved through waste heat of the engine, and the energy utilization rate in the low-temperature environment is increased.

    本发明涉及电动汽车热管理技术领域,具体涉及一种增程式电动汽车热管理系统及其控制方法。包括增程冷却液回路、驾驶舱加热回路和电池循环液回路,第一热交换器、电池冷却液水泵、电池包通过第一电池循环管路依次连接在电池冷却阀的c接口和a接口之间,散热器通过第二电池循环管路连接在电池冷却阀的b接口与电池冷却液水泵进液口之间,暖风回水阀的c接口通过第一暖风循环管路连接至暖风回路水泵进液端,电池加热阀的c接口和暖风回水阀的a接口之间连接有穿过第一热交换器的第二暖风循环管路。利用三通阀控制各个回路之间的热交互,利用发动机的余热实现电池包和驾驶舱加热的目的,提高了低温环境下的能量利用率。
