The invention discloses a human body size calculation method based on seat body pressure and sitting postures, and belongs to the technical field of industrial design. Driving posture seating; measuring and acquiring a predicted variable; selecting a prediction variable according to the prediction target; searching a prediction coefficient according to the prediction target; and calculating to obtain the predicted human body size. According to the calculation method, real-time prediction of the human body size can be realized, and intelligentization and customization for different users are ensured; and on the other hand, the method utilizes a pressure sensing technology which is relatively accurate, low in cost, simple, convenient and easy to implement, and the defect that the visual sensing technology is limited by the technology, the cost and the product structure is made up from the other aspect.

    本发明公开了一种基于座椅体压和坐姿的人体尺寸计算方法,属于工业设计技术领域,包括汽车座椅坐垫和靠背分区;驾驶姿势落座;测量并获取预测变量;根据预测目标选取预测变量;根据预测目标查取预测系数;计算得到预测的人体尺寸。该计算方法能够实现人体尺寸的实时预测,保证了针对不同使用者的智能化和定制化;另一方面,本方法利用了相对更准确且低廉、简便、易行的压力传感技术,从另一个角度弥补了视觉传感技术受技术自身、成本、产品结构限制的不足。
